On Saturday, we welcome you with a cup of traditional Mongolian milk tea at 1pm. The first workshop starts around 2 p.m., where you get to know the world of overtones and get to work with the basic techniques yourself. After a delicious Mongolian dinner, we dive into the combination of throat singing and overtone singing in the evening. Afterwards, there is time to relax, play music or enjoy an atmospheric campfire when the weather is nice.
On Sunday morning, we start with a typical Mongolian breakfast, after which we work with our guest musician Giovanni from Italy to make and learn how to play our own overtone flute. The rest of the day is dedicated to deepening: we discover low-pitched singing, practice with the flute and repeat everything we've learned. We end with a shared sound circle and sharing experiences.
A unique weekend full of music, culture and inspiration!
