Exclusive musical journey into the soul of Mongolia

Experience Mongolia in a way that is rarely possible. On this 14-day trip, you'll discover the magic of throat singing in nature, learn the Altai Harp from a master, experience shamanic ceremonies up close, and travel through authentic Mongolia in a small, close-knit group. Thanks to our deep personal connection to the country — with family, friends and local partners — we open doors that remain closed to ordinary travelers, making this trip truly special and pure.

The journey consists of two inspiring parts:

Part 1 - (3 days)

Three days fully focused on learning and discovering the Altai Harp.

Amidst the serene silence of Mongolian nature, you'll immerse yourself in the mysterious and ancient tradition of the Altai Harp for three days. Under the guidance of Ganpurev, master musician, researcher, and composer, you'll discover the history, meaning and unique playing techniques of this revived instrument. In small groups, you work on sound, rhythm and melody, with space for meditation, nature connection and personal deepening. It's a rare opportunity to learn how to play this extraordinary instrument where its roots lie — an experience that will be memorable both musically and spiritually.

Part 2 - (11 days)

A journey through beautiful places, nomadic culture, music, nature & spirituality

After the Altai Harp, an 11-day tour through Central Mongolia, led by Suvada, along with Rowan, Saran, two private chefs and throat singer Saruul. During this trip, you will discover authentic Mongolia: vast landscapes, beautiful places, nomadic traditions and the deep spirituality that characterizes the country. Every day, there is room for music, connection with nature and inspiring workshops by Saruul. We end the trip in Ulaanbaatar, where we end the adventure festively together.

Part 1: A special 3-day introduction to the Altai Harp

Three days focused on learning and discovering the Altai Harp.

The first part of this exceptional trip takes you for three days to Tsagaan Bulag, a small-scale yurt campsite in the middle of Mongolian nature: a place where silence, inspiration and beauty come together. Here, you'll immerse yourself in the magical world of the Altai Harp, accompanied by Ganpurev: researcher, composer and one of the instrument's leading musicians.

In this intimate setting, you will learn to play the harp, discover the techniques and, above all, experience the feeling behind the music. You'll notice how the sounds resonate with the landscape around you, how melodies are created almost by themselves, and how music becomes an inner journey in itself. What's special about this instrument: you have absolutely no musical experience necessary. We learn different melodies and traditional songs, step by step, in a nice and personal atmosphere.

What you'll experience in part 1

  • 3 days of in-depth workshops about playing the Altai Harp
  • Learn to play different songs from the traditional repertoire
  • Guidance by Ganpurev — researcher, musician and composer
  • Sessions at a beautiful, remote nature spot, in the middle of Mongolian nature

Part 2: Tour of Mongolia

And then: a fully arranged 11-day tour through Central Mongolia. Together with Suvdaa, Rowan, Saran and throat singer Saruul, you will travel through diverse landscapes, visit special places, meet nomad families and experience how music, nature and traditions come together in a unique way. In addition, a rare opportunity to experience shamanic ceremonies and rituals up close, which allows you to not only see the country but also feel its spiritual core.

Through Mongolia's most beautiful landscapes, where every experience leaves an impression.

On this 11-day tour, you'll travel through some of the most impressive and spiritually charged places in Central Mongolia. You'll travel through mysterious granite valleys, along white limestone cliffs and through vast plains where the silence becomes almost tangible.

Along with Suvada, Rowan, Saran A throat singer Saruul creates a natural interaction between music and landscape. Sometimes we sing in the open air, sometimes we listen and experience alone. This part of the trip lets you experience Mongolia like few people can: pure, authentic, and deeply connected to nature.

Where you can still really experience the grandeur of the world.

In the Gobi, a landscape that is constantly surprising unfolds: open space, quiet valleys, soft colors and endless horizons. Here, everything slows down. You'll climb sand dunes, walk through impressive gorges and experience how silence and nature take on an almost ceremonial quality.

Saruul's music travels with us and takes on a deep meaning in these places: we do daily throat singing workshops at special locations, discover all the basic techniques together, learn the different styles and experience how throat singing is in direct connection with imitating natural elements such as wind, water and animal sounds: always in harmony with the environment.

During these days, you will experience, among other things:

  • A unique, fully arranged tour in a small group
  • Beautiful walks in quiet, extensive nature reserves
  • Visit to some of Mongolia's most beautiful places
  • Authentic encounters with nomads, guided by Mongolia experts
  • Shamanic rituals and spiritual moments
  • The power of silence and space like you don't feel anywhere else
  • Experience the real dark, with unprecedentedly clear starry skies
  • Singing in nature in places with magical acoustics
  • Daily musical throat singing workshops accompanied by Saruul
  • A private chef who travels with you, so that personal wishes and diets are always possible
